Marketing Requirements, include but are not limited to:
- Supports development and production of communications materials including, but not limited to, press releases, speeches, company policy statements, publications and sales materials.
- Weekly posting on Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and paid Google Words.
- Weekly email blast to customers and prospects.
- Work with Sales and 3D Sales to design and develop ads and specials.
- Update and monitor website and WordPress
- Video taping of Sales Reps and service for marketing purposes
Administrative Requirements, include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phones calls
- Assist in Supply Entry
- Run & print daily reports
- Print & run invoices and statements
- Cross trained in all administration department functions
- Perform other functions & assignments to assist the administration department as needed
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing support and/or graphic design
Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, email template development, PowerPoint
- Experience and/or exposure to Flash, Photoshop, other graphic design application
