Meet Our Service Department

At ACT Group, our service department is a cornerstone of our business. Our exceptional team takes care of our customers, from sending orders out of our warehouse to ensuring that machines are running smoothly. They also help answer customers’ questions by explaining the usage and giving instructions. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, they have never missed a beat. Staff members were attentive and diligent as essential employees throughout 2020, answering service calls, and helping customers with their printers and copiers.

In March, life in the United States changed drastically when lockdowns were implemented. At ACT Group, we provide clients with essential services that help keep facilities running. Our customers span across a broad range of industries, such as medical, financial, education, and more. Our service managers, warehouse manager, dispatch manager, and service technicians all worked together to ensure these vital businesses had what they needed to continue operating on the frontlines. Medical offices, along with other essential businesses, require continuous toner orders and machines that are running properly. The service department at ACT Group ensured this was the case in challenging times.

Our service department employees are dedicated to their roles and are passionate about what they do. “The fact that we are not a large corporation gives us the ability to respond to our customers’ needs quickly.
