A copier inspection begins with a meter, history check, and assembly of the owner’s manual and drivers. A multifunction machine’s factory defaults are reset by erasing all stored data.

STEP TWO

Performing a frame and performance check on the copier

During every inspection, we ensure that every toner and drum operates at its peak. Consumables that have been depleted will be replaced.

STEP THREE

Checking the operation of the device

Recalibrate direction feeds, feeders, staplers, and punch assemblies; replace feed/separation units; clean and test clutches and motors. Assembly and part attachments are pressure cleaned, as well as the chassis and electrical harnesses.

Multifunction copier electrical

Inspect the copier’s electrical equipment. Ensure all components, harnesses, and wiring connectors are in proper working order. Conduct a thorough test of all electrical circuits. If any component is worn or damaged, replace it. Secure all connections.
