I know that I can be a pain in the butt, especially this past spring when the world as we knew it got shut down. I was not only worried about my family, everyone else in this Pandemic, but the Arts Council’s survival in the fallout of this dreadful COVID 19 situation. I’m sure you had your own concerns but you took the time to be patient and answered all my questions. I can’t begin to tell you how you helped me then, recently in our move and over the years.
I also wanted to pass on how impressed I am by your team at the office. We had a problem last week while color printing a 2000 campaign letters. I called Michelle for troubleshooting and I can feel my panic ease just by talking to her with her natural calmness in problem solving. She is someone I can always count on and have through the years. She has helped me figure out the problem either over the phone or she would set in motion my request for help from a tech.
Then the best copier doctor comes to my rescue, Ray. He has serviced our old copiers for years. Naturally, he took care of our present issue with this new copier and showed me the settings that I need for this big color job. He knows his copiers and is a great person to work with too.
